Best games for your Hard-Disk

Hello Gamers! Today, I'm going to tell you about some cool &
latest games which doesn't require a CD.
* Sports
None will disagree that Fifa is the most popular soccer
game of Bangladesh. EA has released Fifa2000 somedays ago. It has
not got that much popularity of Fifa98 or Fifa99 though it
features some new stuffs (like a Camera view from the goalpost).
This game will take 230 MB HD Space. It's OK with those who got a
huge HD (Like my 17 GB HD). For those who cannot afford so much
space, Go play Fifa98.
Then comes the game of cricket. As Cricket 98/99 doesn't
support HD Play, It was fun playing Cricket 97 which takes only
35 MB so you may choose this one for your cricket game.
Old is Gold. This proverb is very true with WWF Wrestlemania, an
old but very much addictive wrestling game. I can rate it 9/10
though not everyone will agree with me. All the 9 players got
their own moves and aren't they good!
Many years ago,\~ EA published some sport games like 4D Tennis, 4D
Boxing, Budokan for Hard Disks because each of them are under 1
MB. You may check them out if you wish.
* Fighting Games
The uncrowned emperors of fighting games are Street Fighter and
Mortal Kombat. The second one is more popular than the first one
among us. SSF2 takes 7 MB while MK3 takes 35 MB. You'll know the
difference between this two games after you have
played them. MK4's cracked version is available in some PCs but
MK3 is better.
* Racing Game
Not everybody owns the cracked version of NFS 3 (200 MB). I have
one and it is still one of my favorites after 1.5 years of it's
release date. Now, we'll go to the sea from the road to join
Jetboat Superchamp. It's an excellent game with smooth graphics
and gameplay. It's quite difficult too. You can get it (40 MB)
from PCQUEST's January Edition or download it from the maker's
website. Moto Racer 1 is a very popular motor-racing game and to
play it in your Hard-Disk, you must have 75 MB space.
* Action/Adventure
Tomb Raider is the best in this section. Who hasn't played it?
The 1st TR Game was released in 1995. Though it is in dos mode,
it is very much enjoyable. I have rarely seen any multimedia pc
without TR 1 DEMO. You won't be disapointed with this demo. If
you are not satisfied with TR1 DEMO, try the cracked TR2. Gamers
can never forget Duke3d from 3dRealms. The demo version of Duke3d
takes only 16 MB.
* Strategy
I suggest you play Age of Empires. Great game. Even better than
the second part. It starts from stone age, that means before A.D.!
I have heard that C&C and Simcity are really good. I didn't
have the good fortune to play those games but who cares! AOE is
enough for me. AOE 2 can be played in HD, but you'll have to
sacrifice 300 MB! The cracked AOE 1 takes 60 MB. Commando is
another popular game in Dhaka. The second version is out recently.
The 1st one can be played in HD Space which requires 80 MB.
Note : You can play any CD games in your
Hard-Disk if you use a CD emulator. The most famous 2 softs for
emulating is Virtual Drive and Virtual CDROM which can be
downloaded from www.softseek.com. But, there is only 1 problem,
you'll need to copy all the files from the CD!
