The Josephite Debating Club has organised a
debate festival at Nattya Mancha on December 4, 1999. On this
happy occassion I congratulate the Executive Committe and the
Moderators of the club and welcome all participants.
I also sincerely wish all the participanting
clubs and organisations continuous healthy growth in this art of
debating. I believe, this will help our new generation to have
fair and just way of debating with others. Understanding others
and above all satisfy their inqusitive minds.
